Return mode
See Return Mode field in Section 3.1.2.3 Tail.
In Single Return mode, the measurements of each round of firing are stored in one block.
In Dual Return mode, the measurements of each round of firing are stored in two adjacent blocks, and the Azimuth fields of these two blocks
are the same.
