Starting procedure (warm engine)

2. Attach the engine shut-off cord to a se-
cure place on your clothing, or your arm
or leg. Then install the clip on the other
end of the cord into the engine shut-off
switch.
3. Open the throttle grip as shown in the
il- lustration.

tighten- ing the throttle friction adjuster.
5. Pull the manual starter handle slowly
un- til you feel resistance. Then give a
strong pull straight out to crank and
