Add SNMP Manager
3. Enter SNMP Manager and SNMP Port No.
4. SNMP Version is V2(V2C) by default.
5. Set Event Level as System Log, Alarm Event, Error Event, or Serious Event.
6. Click OK. The added SNMP manager is listed in SNMP manager list.
8.3.5 Test SMTP Manager
Purpose:
You can test the network communication of SMTP manager.
Steps:
1. Go to System > Alarm.
2. Check the SMTP manger to test.
3. Click Test.
4. Click OK to start test.
8.4 Time Settings
Purpose:
System time is adjustable.
8.4.1 Adjust System Time
1. Go to System > Time.
2. Optionally, enable DST to automatically adjust system time.
3. Set the system time parameters.
8.4.2 Sync Time
Purpose:
You can configure time synchronization strategy.
Before you start:
 Turn off the NTP server in client software.
 Log in the storage system via resource IP address.
Steps:
1. Go to System > Time.
2. Click Enable of Time Sync Strategy Status (Synchronization Strategy Status).
3. Enter Time Server IP Address .
4. Enter Sync Cycle (Synchronization Cycle).
5. Click Configure to start time synchronization.
