Check to ensure that the test
leads are connected properly.
Disconnect any leads connected
to the measurement target.

least 2 sec.

Press the 0ADJ key for at least
2 seconds.
This enables the standby state for
acquiring the correction values.

If the test leads are not shorted
while the display is blinking, it will
result in an error.
