TROUBLESHOOTING E054 FAULT
WHAT IS AN E54 FAULT - An E54 fault is a shock-load detection fault.
HOW IS AN E54 FAULT DETERMINED When the VFD reaches a constant speed above the low-
padder 
 limit will react and the VFD will trip with an E54 fault. This function is typically used as a snag
protection function.
Check with the operator to see if there are shock-.
Check to see if there is any mechanical .
.
Check to see if the motor brake is  correctly.
If this fault is occurring at random check to make sure the motor brake circuit is not dropping out randomly. Check to see if
the encoder signal in unstable by using dA-08 detected speed monitor, this value while run should be close to the set-
-08 is + / - 1.5hz from the commanded 
