The system responds with different sound cadences to help you recognize different
emergency conditions before you reach the keypad.
Condition Sound Description
Burglar Alarm A loud continuous sound
Police Alarm
A loud pulse every 1/10
second
Fire Alarm
Three loud pulses followed
by a 5 second pause
Special Alarm
A loud sound on and off
every 1/2 second
Fire Trouble
A reduced tone turning on
and off every 1/10 second
Entry/Exit delay
A reduced tone pulsing
every 1/10 second
System Armed
A soft tone for 2 seconds
System Disarmed
Three soft tones 1/4 second
long
System trouble
A soft tone turning on and
off every second
