Status center
At the top of the front panel is the status center, which can be expanded by swiping down from the
t
op. This is visible on almost all screens, except when an action is taking place. In the status center, you
can see the status of the printer or processing station, and can directly cancel its status (for example,
Printing) and alerts.
There are other actions you can perform fron the status center, such as moving the carriage and
recoating unit for maintenance, ejecting the build unit, or unlocking the top cover.
Beacon
The printer has a beacon located on top of the front panel; it gives a summary of the printer status that
can be seen fr
om a distance.
IMPORTANT: The information provided in the beacon is for functional information purposes only, and
is no
t relevant to your safety. Warning labels on the equipment should always be heeded, regardless of
the status indicated by the beacon lights.
