Introduction
The system may occasionally display a system error, consisting of a numerical code of 12 digits followed

y the recommended action that you should take.
In most cases you will be asked to restart the equipment. When the printer or processing station starts,
it can diagnose the issue better and may be able to fix it automatically. If the problem persists after
restarting, contact your support representative and be ready to give the numerical code from the error
message.
Instructions for some specific messages are given below. In other cases, follow the instructions in the
message.
In every error code, the printheads are numbered as shown below:
1. Rear printhead
2. Middle printhead
3. Front printhead
