4. Remove the cable management arm:
a. Press and hold the blue PUSHPUSH button on the retention bracket (callout 1).
b. Swing the arm away from the mounting rail (callout 2).
c. Press and hold the blue PUSHPUSH buttons on the outer and inner tabs and detach from the server rails (callouts 3 and 4).

To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.
