Finish the installation by completely tightening the screws in the same sequence.
7. Install the system air baffle.
8. If removed, install the PCI air baffle.
9. Install the access panel.
10. Return the server to an upright position.
11. Connect each power cord to the server.
12. Connect each power cord to the power source.
13. Power up the server.
System board
To remove the component:
1. Power down the server (on page 24).
2. Remove all power:
a. Disconnect each power cord from the power source.
b. Disconnect each power cord from the server.
3. Place the server on its side.
4. Remove the access panel (on page 24).
5. If installed, remove the PCI air baffle (on page 25).
6. Remove the system air baffle (on page 26).
7. Remove all DIMMs ("Removing a DIMM" on page 44).
8. If installed, remove the dedicated iLO module ("Dedicated iLO port management module" on page
59).
9. Disconnect any cables connected to installed PCIe cards.
10. Remove any installed PCIe cards.
11. Disconnect all cables connected to the system board.
a. For front USB 3.0 cable, release the latch and pull out the cable.
