washer and the flat washer are installed in the correct sequence.

8 The paint on the surface is intact. If any paint is damaged, you must apply touch-
up paint to avoid erosion.
9 Filler panels are installed in the space reserved for customer equipment.
10 The cabinet door can be easily opened or closed, the lock works properly, and the
gag lever post is secure.
11 All labels, tags, and nameplates are correct, legible, and complete.
