b. Tap and then tap .
The Settings screen is displayed.
c. Tap Register to start registering a cordless handset.
2. Start registration on a cordless handset.
a. In standby state, tap Menu to enter the home menu of the cordless handset.
b. Tap Handset, and tap Select or press OK on the keyboard.
c. Tap Resister, and tap Select.
3. Perform registration.
a. Upon finding eSpace 8850, a serial number string such as 00C48-14180h is displayed
on the cordless handset. Tap Select.
b. Enter the registration password 1590, and tap Select.
The cordless handset is registered successfully, and the Settings screen of eSpace 8850 displays
that the cordless handset is registered. You can tap Release to deregister the cordless handset.
3.9 Call Service
3.9.1 Call Forwarding
From the home screen, tap > Call Service > Call Forwarding. The Call Forwarding
screen is displayed. You can enable or disable the call forwarding function as required. For
details about how to use the call forwarding function, see 5.1 Call Forwarding.
3.9.2 Call Waiting
From the home screen, tap
> Call Service > Call Waiting. The Call Waiting screen is
displayed. You can enable or disable the call waiting function as required. For details about how
to use the call waiting function, see 5.2 Call Waiting.
3.9.3 DND
From the home screen, tap > Call Service > DND. The DND screen is displayed. You can
set the DND function as required. For details about how to use the DND function, see 5.6
DND.
3.9.4 ACB (for eSpace UC2.0 only)
From the home screen, tap
> Call Service > ACB. The ACB screen is displayed. You can
view auto callback (ACB) records or cancel the ACB service on the ACB screen. For details
about how to use the service, see 5.8 ACB (for eSpace UC2.0 only).
