You can view and delete the ACB records. You can perform the following operations to delete
ACB records:
1. Tap or choose > Call Service > ACB to access the ACB screen.
2. Tap Cancel next to an ACB record.
3. Tap Save to delete the ACB record.
If all ACB records are executed or deleted, the ACB icon on the home screen disappears.
5.9 Voicemail
To ensure that no call is missed, you can enable the Voicemail function that allows others to
leave voice messages.
NOTE
To use the Voicemail service, ensure that your account has been assigned the Voicemail right. If you have
any questions, contact the system administrator.
Enabling the Voicemail Function
Before enabling the Voicemail function, enable the call forwarding function on the phone and
set call forwarding to the Voicemail. The eSpace 8850 supports the CTVMU, CTVMB,
CTVMNR, and CTVMO functions. For details, see 5.1 Call Forwarding.
Voice Message Prompt
l Red numbers are displayed at the upper-right corner of the Voicemail icon on the home
screen. For example,
indicates there are two unread voice messages. The number
displayed here indicates the number of unread voice messages of all accounts.
l The power indicator at the lower-right corner of the phone blinks blue.
Voice Message Retrieval
1. On the home screen, tap . The Voicemail screen is displayed.
2. Tap next to an account to retrieve the voice messages.
NOTE
You can perform operations as prompted, such as playing or deleting voice messages, and call back.
