7.2.3 Setting the Power-Off Tone
1. In standby mode, press MENU to display the main menu.
2. Use the navigation buttons to highlight Sound, and then select Select or press OK.
3. Use the down navigation button to highlight Power off tone, and then select Select.
4. Use the up or down navigation button to select ON (enabling the function) or OFF
(disabling the function). Then select Select.
7.2.4 Setting the Charging Tone
1. In standby mode, press MENU to display the main menu.
2. Use the navigation buttons to highlight Sound, and then select Select or press OK.
3. Use the down navigation button to highlight Charging tone, and then select Select.
4. Use the up or down navigation button to select ON (enabling the function) or OFF
(disabling the function). Then select Select.
NOTE
For normal use, it is recommended that you enable the charging tone to receive alerts when the handset is
not properly charged.
7.2.5 Setting the Alarm
1. In standby mode, press MENU to display the main menu.
2. Use the navigation buttons to highlight Alarm, and then select Select or press OK.
3. Use the down navigation button to highlight Alarm, and then select Select.
4. Use the up or down navigation button to highlight ON, and then select Select.
5. Use the number buttons to enter the alarm time in the format of HH:MM.
6. Select Select to save the setting and proceed to set the ringtone. Use the left or right
navigation button to select a ringtone as required.
7. Select Select to save the settings and return to the upper-level menu.
8. When the alarm rings, press any button to turn it off.
7.2.6 Setting the Sleep Mode
If the sleep mode function is enabled, the ringtone volume automatically switches to its lowest
level during the time period previously set. This function ensures that the cordless handset will
not disturb users sleep at night.
1. In standby mode, press MENU to display the main menu.
2. Use the navigation buttons to highlight Alarm, and then select Select or press OK.
3. Use the down navigation button to highlight Sleep mode, and then select Select.
4. Use the up or down navigation button to highlight ON, and then select Select.
5. Enter the start time and end time for the sleep mode.
6. Press OK to save the settings and return to the upper-level menu.
