Notes:
1. For Item No's 13, 14, 28 and 29, the "stop report" switch (1) must be On also.
2. For Items with '*', command format is fixed (only 1 request). For Items without
'*', more than one command can be requested at a time.
For example, if request the data for program position (Item 7) and machine
position (Item 8) at the same time, the command sequence is N00000011.
