Removing the clock and control card from the 9080-M9S system
To remove the clock and control card from the system, complete the steps in this procedure.
Procedure
1. Ensure that you have the electrostatic discharge (ESD) wrist strap on and that the ESD clip is plugged
into a ground jack or connected to an unpainted metal surface. If not, do so now.
2. To remove a clock and control card, complete the following steps:
a) For the clock and control card that has the amber LED on, pull the blue clock and control card
handle latch (A) to the right as shown in the following îš³gure.
b) Hold on to the clock and control card handle and by using your hand to support the bottom of the
clock and control card, pull out the clock and control card from its slot as shown in the following
îš³gure.
