Replacing the clock and control card in the 9080-M9S system
To replace the clock and control card in the system, complete the steps in this procedure.
Procedure
1. Ensure that you have the electrostatic discharge (ESD) wrist strap on and that the ESD clip is plugged
into a ground jack or connected to an unpainted metal surface. If not, do so now.
2. To replace a clock and control card, complete the following steps:
a) Ensure that the clock and control card handle (A) is open as shown in the following gure.
b) Hold on to the clock and control card handle and by using your hand to support the bottom of the
clock and control card, push the clock and control card into its slot as shown in the following gure.
c) Rotate the handle to the left in the direction shown in the following gure to lock the clock and
control card into the system.
