4. If you want exclusive remote access during your session, click Start Remote Control in
Single User Mode. If you want to allow other users remote console (KVM) access during
your session, click Start Remote Control in Multi-user Mode.

5. Two separate windows open: one window for the Video Viewer (as shown in Figure 9-14
on page 464) and the other window for the Virtual Media Session (as shown in Figure 9-15
on page 465). The various controls that you have to control the server are all contained in
