Transmit a Polling Request call when you want to know a
specific ship is in the communication area, or not.
q Push [MENU] to enter the DSC menu.
w Push [Y] or [Z] to select “POLL REQUEST,” then push
[ENT].

e Push [Y] or [Z] to select a desired pre-programmed Indi-
vidual address or “MANUAL INPUT,” then push [ENT].
