Using an Alarm function
D Entering the Power Save mode
While the Alarm function is active, you can turn OFF
the display while waiting for an alarm, to conserve the
battery power.
z Hold down [TX (SAVE)]/[ ] for 1 second
while the Alarm 1 and/or 2 function is ON.
• The radar enters Power Save mode, and the display
turns OFF.
When a target comes into the Guard zone, an alarm
sounds, and the display turns ON, and the Power
Save mode is canceled.
Push [TX (SAVE)]/[ ] to manually cancel the
Power Save mode.
NOTE: If the alarm icon is “ ”, the alarm
function is invalid because the invalid screen
range is selected. In that case, push [+]/[–] until
the alarm icon returns to “ .”
D Setting the Zone alarm type
You can select the alarm type in the Menu screen.
Select “Zone Alarm 1” or “Zone Alarm 2” in the
System menu.

] > System > Zone Alarm 1
[MENU]/[
] > System > Zone Alarm 2
Selects the Alarm type.
• Enter: An alarm sounds when a target comes into
the zone.
• Exit: An alarm sounds when the target goes out of
the zone.
