The AC drive performs speed control and outputs frequency according to the set
frequency command. The output torque automatically matches the load torque but is
limited by the Torque upper limit (F2-09 and F2-10). When the load torque is higher
than the set torque upper limit, the output torque of the AC drive is limited, and the
output frequency is different from the set frequency.
z 1: Valid
The AC drive performs torque control and outputs torque according to the set torque
command. The output frequency automatically matches the load speed but is limited
by the output frequency upper limit (F0-12). When the load speed is higher than the
set output frequency upper limit, the torque command is the torque upper limit, and
the output torque is different from the set torque.
In torque control mode, the torque command is the torque upper limit and is set in
F2-09. The torque control and speed control can be switched over via a
multifunctional DI terminal.
In torque control mode, the output frequency of the AC drive automatically tracks the
change of load speed. The change of the output frequency is affected by the set
acceleration/deceleration time. If the tracking speed needs to be increased, reduce
the acceleration/deceleration time.
When the set torque of the AC drive is higher than the load torque, the output
frequency will rise. After the output frequency reaches the upper limit, the AC drive
keeps running at the upper limit.
When the set torque of the AC drive is lower than the load torque, the output
frequency will decline. After the output frequency reaches the lower limit, the AC drive
keeps running at the lower limit.

F2-10 Torque upper limit 0.0%–200.0% 150.0%
In speed control mode, the maximum output torque of the AC drive is set in F2-09. If the
torque upper limit is set via analog input, the input value 100% corresponds to F2-10. The
value 100% of F2-10 corresponds to the rated torque of the CS500 adapted motor.
In torque control mode, the torque upper limit source is the torque setting source. The
torque upper limit is the torque setting command.

F2-11 PPR of the encoder 0–65535 1024
It is used to set the PPR of the encoder.
In CLVC mode, the PPR of the encoder must be set properly. Otherwise, the motor cannot run properly. If
the motor still cannot run properly in the condition that F2-11 is set properly, set F2-12 to 1 and exchange
phases A, B of the encoder.
