FB-04
Acceleration/Deceleration time
adjustment amplitude at power control
0.0–100.0s 0.5s
The output power of the AC drive is used for overcoming the load weight and making the
load to accelerate. When the output frequency is larger than the value of FB-03, the AC
drive detects the output power if the power limit function is enabled. If the detected output
power is larger than the value of FB-01, the AC drive stops accelerating. If the detected
output power is larger than the value of FB-02 but smaller than the value of FB-01, the AC
drive increases the acceleration time based on the setting of FB-04.
Proper setting of FB-04 will enhance the power control result.
Function Code Parameter Name Setting Range Default
FB-14
Minimum effective time of RUN command 0.0–10.0s 0.3s
It indicates the minimum effective time of the RUN command. If the effective input time of
the RUN command is shorter than the value of this parameter, the AC drive can stop only
after running the time set in this parameter.
Function Code Parameter Name Setting Range Min. Unit Default
FB-15
Frequency abnormal detection cycle 0–5.0s
0.1s
0.5s
FB-16
Frequency tracing deviation 0%–30%
1%
20%
These two parameters correspond to faults E37 and E38, which are safety protection
function in hoisting applications of the AC drive.
If the given frequency and the motor feedback frequency are in reverse direction and the
duration reaches the setting of FB-15, E37 is reported. If FB-15 is set to 0, the fault is
inactive.
If the difference between the given frequency and the motor feedback frequency (for
details, see FC-17) is larger than "rated frequency x FB-16" and the duration exceeds the
setting of FB-15, E38 is reported. If FB-16 is set to 0, the fault is inactive.
Group FC: Multi-speed
The multi-speed is selected by functions 12, 13 and 14 of DI terminals. DI3 is allocated
with function 12 and DI4 with function 13 by default. The 8 speeds are provided through
status combination of the three DI terminals.
