Appendix C Relay Extension Card Especially for the Crane AC Drive
(CS70RC1)
C.1 Overview
CS70RC1 is a relay extension card expecially designed by Inovance for the crane AC
drive (CS500 and CS700). It can be used only for models of 3.7 kW or above. The
following table lists the parts included by the relay extension card.

C.2 Mechanical Installation and Functions of Control Terminals
The installation procedure is as follows:
1. Ensure that the AC drive is completely powered off
2. Make the relay extension card fit with the extension card interface and the location
holes (same as that of the I/O extension card).
3. Fasten the relay extension card with screws.
The following two figures show the installation method and physical dimensions of the
relay extension card.
