WORKOUT TIME
• DOT MATRIX reads “WORKOUT TIME 15:00”. ‘15:00’ is highlighted
• Press the UP or DOWN key to adjust WORKOUT TIME in 1 minute
increments (up to a maximum of 99:00 minutes).
• Press and Hold the UP or DOWN key for 1 second and the WORKOUT
TIME increments 10 min/second until released.
• Press ENTER or QUICK START to accept WORKOUT TIME and begin
workout.
• Press STOP/RESET to go back to LEVEL .
B: HEART RATE PROGRAMS:
Heart Rate Control programs keep the user’s heart rate at a TARGET
HEART RATE or within a HEART RATE training zone by automatically
adjusting the resistance. All TARGET HEART RATE programs include
both a WARM UP and a COOLDOWN.
HEART RATE WARM UP:
• All heart rate control programs are preceded by a warm-up period. The
warm up period lasts until the TARGET HEART RATE is achieved OR
until three minutes is completed, whichever comes first.
• DOT MATRIX reads “3 MINUTE WARMUP”. During the warm-up the
course acts like a MANUAL COURSE on Level 1 resistance however
the time counts down from 3:00.
• During the warm-up period, the resistance level may be manually
adjusted.
• At the end of the warm-up period the scrolling message displays
“WARMUP COMPLETE” (1 time). Computer will beep. If the warm-up
was ended because the TARGET HEART RATE was achieved, the
scrolling message displays “TARGET REACHED”. Computer will beep
