FOCUS WORKOUT DETAILS:
• Program runs through 8 time segments per cycle to focus on training certain
areas of body
• For workouts less than 10:00 minutes, programs runs 1 cycle (8 total time
segments)
• For workouts between 10:00 minutes and 19:59 minutes, programs runs 2
cycles (16 total time segments)
• For workouts between 20:00 minutes and 29:59 minutes, programs runs 3
cycles (27 total time segments)
• For workouts of 30:00 minutes or greater, program runs 4 cycles (32 time
segments)
• Each segment has ARMS and FEET positioning indications on the FOCUS bar
(ARMS UP/DOWN or FEET PEDALS/PEGS). The FOCUS bar consists of the
lower two rows on the dot matrix. When indication is ON, it is blinking.
• Each segment may also have additional instructions such as “PUSH” or “PULL”.
These instructions are displayed on the DOT MATRIX
• Each segment has a RESISTANCE setting that is based on user input data
(LEVEL)
• TABLES below show a list of the commands and settings for each segment
• After each segment, computer will beep a short beep
• After FOCUS workout is completed, DOT matrix will display “WORKOUT
COMPLETE”
