WORKOUT SETTINGS (TARGET)
ENTER TARGET HEART RATE:
• DOT MATRIX reads "TARGET HR 100"
• Press the UP and DOWN key to change the TARGET value in
increments of 1 -year
• Press ENTER to accept TARGET and move to WORKOUT TIME.
• Press STOP/RESET to go back to HEART RATE PROGRAM selection
WORKOUT TIME:
• DOT MATRIX message reads 'WORKOUT TIME 15:00" (15:00 is
highlighted)
• Press and Release the UP or DOWN key to adjust the WORKOUT TIME
in 1 minute increments (up to a maximum of 99:00 minutes)
• Press and Hold the UP or DOWN key for 1 second and the WORKOUT
TIME increments 10 min / second until released
• Press ENTER or QUICK START to accept WORKOUT TIME and begin
workout. After beginning workout, DOT MATRIX will display "TARGET
XXX" 1 time and then begin workout
CHANGING TARGET HEART RATE: During any HEART RATE PROGRAM,
user may press the UP and DOWN button to change the TARGET HEART RATE
value (in 1 bpm increment). DOT MATRIX will display "TARGET HR XXX" for 2
seconds and then resume workout with new TARGET HEART RATE value.
C: FOCUS PROGRAMS (TOTAL BODY FOCUS, ARMS FOCUS, LEGS FOCUS)
When started computer will start in FOCUS VIEW
NOTE: Computer can a/so enter FOCUS PROGRAMS by pressing and
pressing the FOCUS quick key during computer startup.
NOTE: If FOCUS button is pressed during any other WORKOUT PROGRAM,
the computer will automatically change to a FOCUS PROGRAM using the
remaining WORKOUT TIME and existing MAXIMUM RESISTANCE LEVEL.
VIEW will automatically switch to FOCUS VIEW This function does not work
for HEART RATE programs.
