INSTALLING THE ANTENNA
ACU (Antenna Control Unit)
ACU provides power to the antenna and BUC (Block Up Converter). The digital
VFD (Vacuum Fluorescent Display) allows for easy operation of the ACU, even in
the dark.
The functions of the ACU are as follows,
• System startup
• Setting the satellite
• Editing satellite information
• Setting the antenna parameter
• Setting the antenna manual search
• Setting the LNB local frequency
• Setting radiation hazard or blockage zone
• Setting modem connections
• Setting GPS and Gyrocompass
• Display versions
• Display power status
• Performing diagnostic tests
• Backup and restore the system settings
• Set up the interface with a PC
