5 LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE
5.4 HYDRAULIC TEST PORTS
If any problems are experienced with the hydraulic
system, service ports are provided to enable
pressures to be checked.
All tests, unless stated otherwise, should be carried
out with the hydraulic oil at normal working
temperature.
TEST PORTS (Fig.7,8,9):
1. Front Cutter Deck Pressure: 220 bar
(3200 psi). (A(Fig.7)).
Lift Pressure : 63.5 bar (920 psi).
(B(Fig.7)).
2. RH & LH Cutter Deck Pressure: 210 bar
(3045 psi). (A(Fig.8 & 9)).
3. FWD Transmission Pressure : 250 bar
(3625 psi). (A(Fig.10)).
4. REV Transmission Pressure : 210 bar
(3045 psi). (B (Fig.10)).
5. Charge Pressure : 15.8 - 19.3 bar
(230-280 psi). (Either A or B(Fig.10))
NOTE: Any servicing of the hydraulic system
must be carried out by trained service
personnel.
