Adjusting X and Y Sensors
To adjust the X and Y sensors:
1. Turn the Power ON to return the carriage to
the home position.
2. Turn the Power OFF and then remove the base
unit (do not disconnect X, Y-motor
connectors).
3. Loosen screw A
q to adjust dimension Y w
to 5 mm by moving the Y sensor attaching
plate
e.
4. Turn the Power ON and make sure if the
dimension Y
w is properly adjusted. If not,
repeat steps 2 and 3.
5. Loosen screw B
r to adjust dimension X-1
t to 69.5 mm and dimension X-2 y to 3 mm
by moving the X shield plate
u.
6. Turn the Power ON and make sure if the
dimensions are properly adjusted. If not,
repeat steps 2 and 5.
7. Tighten the screws.
8. Reattach the base unit.
