Replacing the base unit
To remove:
1. Remove the Screws A
q and B w , then
remove the Screws C
e (4 pieces).
Detach the Base Unit.
2. Disconnect the X Motor Connector
r then
Y-Motor Connector
t from board A.

r X Motor Connector (Blue)
t Y Motor Connector (White)
To attach:
3. Attach the X
r , Y t Motor Connectors to
board A.
4. Insert the X, Y-Motor Cords
y between the
board A and arm without touching the Feed
Motor, then tighten screws (4 pieces)
temporarily.
5. Attach the Extension (Accessory) Table
u .
6. Align the Extension Table
u , Base Unit, Free
Arm and tighten the Screw A
o .
7. Tighten Screws while aligning the Extension
Table.

Insert the Cord in this place

After attaching the Base Unit, check the
“Checking the Knee Lifter Link Play (1)”
and “Adjusting Presser Foot Sensor”.
