5. Operation and maintenance devices
After a regeneration process has been successfully
completed, this is reported by a menu window and
by pressing the key [2] you get back to the start
menu of the HCflex.
The engine should not be switched off during the regeneration
process or only in emergencies, so that the regeneration can be
completed properly.
As long as an error code is displayed on the HCflex, no parked
generation is possible!
If parked regeneration is required, this is shown on the HCflex (see
Fi
ure 9
.
5.7.1.3.7 Suppression of regeneration:
Regeneration can be suppressed until the last indication appears that rejecting
regeneration after 120 minutes will bring the machine to a standstill (see Figure 9).
After the 120 minutes have passed, the final warning message appears (see Figure
12).
If the regeneration is rejected again with "No", the
engine is switched off. If an ignition change is then
carried out, the HCflex indicates that a parked
regeneration is mandatory (see Figure 9). In order to
be able to use the machine again, the parked
regeneration hast to be confirmed with "Yes" and be
carried out. At the end of the parked regeneration the
machine is ready for use as usual.
