3. SAFETY MATTERS
3.2. DEFINITION
Motorized surf is a term in this User Manual, mean a vessel that uses an inboard electric
motor, providing power to a water-jet pump as its primary source of propulsion power. It is
designed to be operated by a person (“rider” or “operator”) sitting, standing or laying on the
vessel. Direction of JetSurf Electric is controlled by rider leaning to one side or another, speed
is controlled by throttle trigger located on the handle.
3.3. GENERAL COMMON SENSE
It is the responsibility of the owner and/or operator to comply with safety-related material
provided in this User Manual and to regularly review safety information provided by gover-
nmental agencies and local jurisdictions. Common sense should guide owners/operators at
all times, regardless of whether the motor is running or not. Failure to do so will result in
serious injury or death.
Warning (Risk of Accidents)
A rider who is not t to ride poses a danger to him or herself and others.
• Do not operate the vehicle if you are not t to ride due to alcohol, drugs or
medication.
• Do not operate the vehicle if you are physically or mentally impaired.
• Do not use electronic devices such as the mobile phone, ipod, etc., while operating
the motorized surf.
• Do not transport JetSurf Electric with battery inside.

• Do not jump with the motorized surf. Damage caused due to incorrect use of
your JetSurf Electric is not covered by the guarantee.
