11. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED BY THE USER
11.2. DRAINING WATER OUT OF THE HULL
Water can get into the area of the outer airbox due to the air condensation or if the oat wa-
terproofness is damaged.
If you detect presence of water in the oat when manipulating with your Jetsurf Electric (audi-
bly), rst check the motor compartment (
p. 43) and if there is no water in the motor com-
partment, follow the instructions below:
Unscrew outlet screws
A
and remove
them together with nuts.
2 x screw M6x12
Place the board vertically and let the water
drain out of the motorized surf.
Note (Material damage)
Check the amount of the removed water. If the amount of the removed water exceeds
30 ml, contact your JetSurf sales representative and do not start another ride on your
JetSurf Electric.
Screw the outlet screws back in together with their washers.
Tightening torque 1 N.m
Note (Material damage)
Never start to ride without the outlet screws in.
