9. RIDING INSTRUCTIONS
9.1. ACTIVATION AND THE FIRST RIDE
Warning (Risk of Accidents)
• Never insert the engine shut-off key into the engine shut-off switch unless all of the
Battery Pack locks are ensured.
• Keep your arms, legs and other body part away from all the jet inlets when the
motor is in operation. It could result in a serious injury or death.
• When starting the JetSurf Electric, make sure that people (especially children) are at
least 10 meters/33feet away from water-jet pump.
• It is absolutely necessary for the rider to release the control handle when he/she
loses full control of the motorized surf or balance during the ride. Pulling the engine
shut-off key from the engine shut-off switch will stop the motor immediately.
Note (Material damage)
• Do not leave JetSurf Electric in direct sunlight or anywhere that would allow its
surface to rise to a temperature in excess of 65°C/149°F. Excessive temperatures
can cause damage to the engine.
• Do not leave motorized surf unattended.
Warning (Risk of Injury)
• Be aware that the JetSurf motorized surf are not intended or
designed as
swimming aids.
• It is necessary to use all the protective aids all the time. They include helmet, life
jacket, safety leash on the leg or arm.
If the JetSurf Electric is ready ( p. 36 - Chapter 8.1), you can start using it.
9.2. JETSURF ACTIVATION
9.2.1. STAGE ONE
• Insert the engine shut-o key
