Ø Escape C code C110.
Ø Turn the balancer o! and turn it on again.
Ø Make sure that the display will not show the error anymore.
Ø Turn the balancer o! .
Ø Install the cover on the IBP box.
Ø Mount the weight tray again.
4.10 CHECK AND REPLACEMENT OF THE IBP BOX
" : Multimeter, 5.5 and 7mm tube type keys, Medium " at and phillips screwdriver, calibration rotor, touch less
calibration tool, electronic or spirit inclinometer, scissors.

i : The defective Integrated Dispaly may cause the following malfunctions:
1. Turning the machine on, the display does not show anything.
2. After the balancing cycle the machine show error with module 81.
3. After the balancing cycle the machine show error with module C10.
4. After turning the machine on, the balancer emits the beep sequence S P1.
5. After the balancing cycle the machine emit the beep sequence S S P1.
6. After the balancing cycle the machine emit the beep sequence S.
7. The balancer shows wrong balancing values.
8. The balancer chases weight.
9. Balancer does not spin the wheel.
10. The balancer does not stop the wheel.
11. The 2D sape arm does not remain calibrated.
TO CHECK THE POWER SUPPLY SECTION:
Ø Check for system messages. After that:
Ø Check C110.
Ø Turn the balancer o! and remove the weight tray.
Ø Check the fuses from the entry power module .
Ø Check the on-board fuses F1 and F2
Ø Check all connectors and cables for damage
Ø Do check if both (big) motor capacitors in the Integrated are connected properly.
Ø Check LED H2 (green, on PIB):
If it lights up, the +5 V supply voltage is OK.
If not:
- check mains plug, mains switch, mains fuse
- check connector X1 (wiring and placement).
- check the electrical connection between connector X1 and the PEM
If the mains on connector X1 is 150 - 264 V~, then a short circuit or overload condition on the +5 V output may be
present. To locate the possible cause of the condition:
Ø Check the signals to and from the component that is also involved in this trouble shooting search (if relevant)
Ø Check the component that is also involved in this trouble shooting search (if relevant)
Ø Check the signal " ow from connector to connector. Some signals run straight from connector to connector.
TO CHECK THE CONTROLLER SECTION:
Ø Check for system messages and perform the steps. After that:
Ø Check all connectors and cables for damage
Ø Check the power input:Try to download the correct program by means of a SD card or through the serial interface.
Ø Check the signals to and from the component that is also involved in this trouble shooting search.
Ø Check the component that is also involved in this trouble shooting search.
Ø Check the signal " ow from connector to connector. Some signals run straight from connector to connector.
