TO REPLACE THE INTEGRATED IBP BOARD
Ø Disconnect power supply from the machine.
Ø Accede to the Integrated IBP board.
Ø Disconnect all connectors.
Ø Remove the Integrated Board.
Ø Mount the new Integrated board.
Ø Reapply all wiring.
Ø Ensure the green/yellow earth cable is applied on the central earth bracket.
Ø Close and insert the Integrated Board into its panel.
Ø Reapply mains cable.
Ø Turn on The balancer.
Ø Take the sd card and load the software following paragraph 5.2
Ø Perform the C code C86
Ø Check if the machine works fi ne.
4.11 CHECK OF VIBRATORY SYSTEM
" : Calibration rotor, electronic or spirit inclinometer

i : Both bearings are bonded into place in the main shaft. In between the two positions the polygon ring is
positioned.
It is not possible to replace the bearings or the polygon ring: the only solution is replacing the complete main
shaft. To check the vibratory it is necessary to perform the service codes C59,C63, C64, C66, C69, C71, C72,
C74, C75, C103, C104 by using the test rotor.
4.12 REPLACEMENT OF THE VIBRATORY SYSTEM
" : 2.5, 5 and 6mm allen key, 17mm wrench , Medium and big phillips screwdriver, scissors, torque wrench.

i : Defective vibratory assembly may cause the following malfunctions:
1. After the balancing cycle the machine show error 001-021.
2. After the balancing cycle the machine show error 001-022.
3. The balancer shows wrong balancing values.
4. The balancer chases weight.
5. The shaft shows excessive play.
Ø Remove the " ange or the balancing shaft from the balancer.
Ø Turn the machine o# .
Ø Disconnect the power supply from the the machine.
Ø Remove the display panel.
Ø Remove the weight tray and plastic plugs rom the front of the cabinet.
Ø Remove protection underneath the Vibratory assembly.
Ø Disconnect the " at cable of the Optoencoder, transducers from connector X4 of the Integrated board.
Ø Remove the laser pointer from Vibratory assembly.
Ø Disconnect the motor cable.
Ø Disconnect the brake pads.
Ø Remove the rear transducer
