E300 Check availability of keyboard

Complaint
Turning the machine on the display shows E300. It is not possible to access to any display
information.
Root cause
The balancers devices, such Optoencoder, HUB board and Keypad, communicate each other
through the communication bus I2C.
If one or more devices will not work or communicate, the communication bus I2C detects a
problem showing E300.
