4.2 Connection of the power unit
4.2.1 Connection of the voltage supply
The COMBIVERT G6-C corresponds to the drive controller type A1. This type can be
supplied both by mains and via DC terminals. The starting current limiting is arranged
before the DC link. When using as DC output parallel connected drive controllers must
have their own starting current limiting at the DC voltage input.

Device switches o󰀨 !
Cyclicswitchingonando󰀨oftheunitleadstotemporaryhighresistance
of the resistor (PTC) in the input. The device displays in this state "ER-
ROR load shunt fault“. When switching the control release during this
error, the device wouldswitch o󰀨.After cooling, restarting ispossible
without limitation. Waiting time => „3.2 Technical data 400V devices“.

Never exchange the mains and motor cables.
Some countries demand that the PE-terminal is directly connected to the termi-
nal box (not over the mounting plate).
