3.4 Digital in- and outputs
3.4.1 Short description digital inputs
The KEB COMBIVERT R6 has 5 external digital inputs and 5 internal inputs (ST, I1…I3). All inputs can be as-
signed to one or several functions.
Beside the terminal strip parameter di.00 determines whether the external inputs are controlled in PNP or NPN
circuit. Parameter ru.21 displays the actual controlled inputs. Each input can be set either (di.01) via terminal
strip or via software with di.02.Adigitallter(di.03) decreases the noise sensitivity of the inputs. The inputs
can be inverted with di.04 and switched to slope-triggering with di.05. A strobe mode can be activated with
parameters di.06...di.08. The internal input state (ru.22) displays the actual inputs set for further processing.
The function/-s, which are executed by a programmable input is determined with the input selection of the ap-
propriate function or di.11...22.
The control release (ST) must be switched generally by hardware for safety reasons. Edge-triggering, inversion
and strobe signalcanbeadjusted,buttheyhavenoinuence.

The input I4 is directly connected by hardware with the master- / slave control. Master is input, slave is output.
The input is also available for additional functions.
