cleared even if I press STOP and
restart the TOS5200.
Is an interlock signal being applied?
Stop the interlock signal input.

Confirm that the internal temperature of the TOS5200 has decreased, and then
clear the mode.

Is the REMOTE connector connected properly?
Check the REMOTE connector.
