8.5 SRT

1. Click the “Add” button to add an SRT stream in the streaming service on the home

page.

2. Correctly fill the stream ID and port on the SRT stream settings, save the settings,

and the encoder starts to push the SRT stream.

The streaming parameters of SRT are as follows (can be set according to the actual

network conditions, in general, you can choose the default settings):

 Rendezvous: Caller, Listener and Rendezvous optional. In general, Caller mode

and Listener mode are used. In LAN, Caller mode and Listener mode can be used

in encoder and decoder. After one uses the Caller mode, the other end uses the

Listener mode. In Internet transmission, the end with the public IP always uses

the Listener mode.

 Public IP：Set the IP address of the receiver.

 Name: The name displayed when the streaming service pushes.

 Listener Port: Set the listener port corresponding to the receiving end;

 Latency: It is set based on the performance of the current network link. The

Latency can be set at both ends of the SRT source device and the SRT target

device. In the end, the larger of the two values will be taken as the SRT

transmission delay.
