Open the safety doors.
Slide both the knife magazines into the sharpen-
ing machine.
Close the safety doors.
Press the “Start / Stop” button (7-2/1).
Grinding program runs automatically.
The machine picks up one hand knife after the
other, measures the knife profile, grinds the left
and right knife flank respectively, deburrs and
polishes the blade, checks the sharpness (optional)
and finally places the knife back in the magazine.
ATTENTION
After grinding, the hand knives must be
cleaned and disinfected again.
Then check its sharpness.
