Malfunction Fault Remedy
Knife is not getting sharpened Burr formation on the knife
edge
Check brush setting and polishing paste
No burr formation on the
knife edge
Mount new wet-grinding belt
Too many knives are being
ejected
Feed is too low Contact KNECHT Service
Knife gripper arm fault Knife grips are too narrow or
too wide
Contact KNECHT Service
Control unit cannot be switched
on
Motor protection switch has
tripped
Switch on the motor protection switch
If a fault is not included in the faults table or if the fault is not eliminated, please contact our
service staff (Chapter 12.2).
