Telephone Customer Support
If you have questions concerning the operation of your Kodak EasyShare software, Kodak Home
Center software or Kodak printer, you may speak with a customer support representative.
Before calling, please have the following information available.
Computer information
• Computer model and operating system
• Processor type and speed (MHz)
• Amount of memory (MB) and free hard disk space
Printer information
• Model number (located on top of the printer)
• Kodak Service Number (located inside the printer)
• Exact printer error message received in the printer status monitor (Windows)
• A printed Test Page (see Printing a Test Page)
Software information
• Version of Kodak EasyShare software (from the Help menu, select
About Kodak EasyShare
software
to view the About box)
• Version of Kodak Home Center software (from the Home Center Help panel, click the
Info
button to view the About box)
• Exact software error message received
