Device tab The Device tab provides the following options.
• Power
- Sleep after: allows you to set the amount of time, in minutes, the
scanner has to be inactive before it goes into sleep mode. The
maximum allotted time is 240 minutes before the scanner goes
into sleep mode. The default is 15 minutes.
• EasySetup
- Enable EasySetup: click this option to enable/disable EasySetup
mode on the scanner. If this option is unchecked, you will not be
able to enter EasySetup mode on the scanner after the
EasySetup Configuration page has been scanned. It is
recommended that you uncheck this option to prevent
configuration options to be unintentionally changed.
You can enable this option by accessing the website and
checking the Enable EasySetup box and then applying the
setting to the scanner. You can also enable this option by
resetting the scanner to factory defaults.
