Here you can adjust the the R3’s MIDI Filter settings.

[Disable, Enable]
Selects whether program changes will be
transmitted and received.
Disable: Program changes will not be
transmitted or received.
Enable: Program changes will be transmit-
ted and received.

Selects whether MIDI control changes will
be transmitted and received.
Disable: MIDI control changes will not be
