Formatting Calendar
The Calendar widget displays information about meetings scheduled in the room where the
VIA device resides.
The VIA Calendar feature must be configured and activated to use this widget
(see
Integrating Calendar on page 62).
Format the following on the Properties tab:

• Select 24 hour or AM/PM time format.
• Under Show Title, click ON/OFF to show/hide the meeting title.
• Under Show Organizer, click ON/OFF to show/hide the name of the meeting organizer.
