VIA Connect² – For Web Administrator: Gateway Management Pages
Font Management
VIA Connect² enables you to add new Fonts for digital signage.
To add new fonts to Digital Signage:
1. Click Digital Signage > Font Management on the navigation pane.
The Font Management page appears.

2. Click Browse File.
A file browser appears.
3. Open the relevant font file and click Upload.
The new font is installed on VIA Connect² and can be used for Digital Signage.
Reports
VIA Connect² enables you to maintain your VIA unit by performing the following:
• Viewing and Searching System Activity Logs on page 74
.
• Updating Firmware on page 75.
• Activating VIA Gateway License on page 77.
• Digital Signage License on page 78.
• Resetting Default Settings on page 78.
Viewing and Searching System Activity Logs
VIA Connect² embedded web pages can log activities such as logins, presentations and VIA
feature use to aid in diagnosing problems or tracking participant actions.
To activate system activity logs,
(see System on page 46).
There are two types of system logs available for viewing and search:
• Gateway Activity Log – Shows activity by meeting participants.
