6.14 Closing the fuel tank filler cap

Warning
Fire hazard Fuel is highly flammable, toxic and a
health hazard.
– Check that the fuel tank filler cap is locked cor-
rectly after closing.
– Change your clothing if fuel spills on them.
– Rinse the affected area immediately with plenty of
water in the event of contact with the skin.
– Close the fuel tank filler cap.
– Push down the fuel tank filler cap until the lock engages.

The seat lock can be unlocked using the ignition key.

6.17 Grab handles

The grab handles

are used for moving the motorcycle around.
If you carry a passenger, the passenger can hold onto the grab
handles during the trip.
