ThenumberofQuickcopyorProofandholdjobsthatcanbestoredissetat
theprintingsystem’soperationpanel,toamaximumof50jobs.Whenthe
designatednumberofjobsisreached,olderjobsarereplacedbynewjobs.All
Quickcopyjobsarestoredontheharddiskafterprintingbutaredeletedwhen
theprintingsystemisturnedoff.Youcanmanuallydeleteajobattheoperation
panel.
Warning:AprintjobcanreplaceajobontheharddiskhavingthesameUser
nameandJobname.Topreventthis,selectUsejobname+dateandtime
underOverwritejobname.
Withaharddiskinstalled,Quickcopyletsyouprintadocumentandsaveitin
theprintingsystemuntilthejobismanuallydeletedortheprintingsystemis
turnedoff.

day.Ifyoulearnatthelastminutethatadditionalcopiesareneeded,youcan
printthemquicklyusingtheprintingsystem'soperationpanelwithoutsending
thejobagainfromyourcomputer.
YoucanreprintaQuickcopyjobfromtheprintingsystem’soperationpanel
withoutsendingthejobagainfromyourcomputer.
